- Payment: Payment for tours and activities is processed through our secure payment gateway, PayPal.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies are set by individual tour operators and are clearly stated on each listing. Please review the cancellation policy before booking.
- Liability: UnBelizeable acts as an intermediary between travelers and tour operators. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or execution of any tours or activities booked through the platform.
4. Tour Operator Listings
- Accuracy of Information: Tour operators are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their services.
- Compliance: Tour operators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, licensing, and insurance.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: UnBelizeable and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Services.
- Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
